When you create an account or use RosterBoss.AI, we collect information you provide directly (name, email address, school affiliation) and information generated by your use of the Service (pages visited, tools used, preferences saved). If you subscribe to a paid tier, payment processing is handled by Stripe — we do not store your full card number or CVV.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide and improve the Service, process payments and remit contributions to your chosen school's wrestling program, send transactional emails (receipts, account notices), and communicate product updates if you opt in. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. School Contribution Data
When you select a school and subscribe, we record your school preference and contribution tier to facilitate quarterly remittances to that program. Aggregate contribution data (total members, total raised) may be displayed publicly on school leaderboards. Individual contribution amounts are not disclosed.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use session cookies for authentication and preference storage. We use privacy-respecting analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Payment records may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.
6. Third-Party Services
RosterBoss.AI uses Stripe for payment processing, subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. Authentication is handled via Manus OAuth. We do not share your data with NCAA, athletic departments, or coaches without your explicit consent.
