By accessing or using RosterBoss.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RosterBoss.AI provides NCAA wrestling analytics, roster optimization tools, and a fan membership program that allows users to support collegiate wrestling programs. The Service includes data analysis, projections, community features, and optional paid membership tiers.

3. Membership and Payments

Paid membership tiers ($15/mo Qualifier, $50/mo All-American, $100/mo Champion) are billed monthly. A 90-day free trial is available with no credit card required. After the trial period, you may choose a paid tier or continue with limited free access. Cancellation is available at any time through your account settings.

A portion of each paid membership is directed to the wrestling program of your chosen school. RosterBoss.AI retains a platform fee to cover operational costs.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to post harmful, defamatory, or illegal content. Community features (message boards) are subject to moderation. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, data models, and analytics provided by RosterBoss.AI are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. NCAA statistics referenced are used for analytical and educational purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Projections and analytics are based on historical data and statistical models — they are not guarantees of future athletic performance or outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

RosterBoss.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.
